B T`s Buns & Torts in Visalia

Beef Tacos, Beef Burrito, Taco Salad & Fries are really good here. Service is fast and sometimes friendly. They keep it clean inside. To get the best crushed ice, you have to use the drive thru. The prices are fair. Everything was good in here. I highly recommended this place.

Taco salad is good however customer service is non-existent almost like you're an inconvenience to them. Luckily they're pretty fast so you don't have to deal with staff for too long.

Everything is dry and poorly seasoned. Cheaply made food, for a cheap price. I do not recommend going here unless you don't know what real food is.

What not to like? Its quick, tasty, and affordable. I get the bean a cheese burritos. Fries and a drink. Bomb. Just add hot sauce!

This local favorite has great crunchy tacos with generous amount of cheese and a wonderful mild taco sauce. I also reccomend the green burrito. It tasted like green chilies and has a ton of cheese. I have been a fan since the early 90's and visit whenever I am in Visalia.

Oh wow. Definitely recommend the chili cheese fries for $2.75. Massive and flavorful. Best item on the menu. Taco salad is quite large and layered. People are friendly.

All beef burrito, BTs Burger, Tacos and fries are among our favorites. Fries are the closest to the Mearle's fries that we loved for decades. All prices posted already include tax so you know exactly how much your bill will really be. But the food is the reason for going here. Cheese is really melted on your cheeseburger!

They are quick and have large portions.

Tonight I had the BT supreme salad,🌮🥗, pretty much a taco salad! I really enjoyed it. Definitely a lot of food for a great price.😁

We love this place. We go for the BT Combo Burrito minus the green sauce and onion.... yummy!

So disappointing, came here this evening for a highly recommended Chicken Taco Salad, went through the drive thru, ordering was easy, price was cheap. I get to window to pay and I'm handed a big pink cake box. I get home, open my package to find a salad shell filled with processed ingredients, nothing looked fresh about, except the two dollops of sour cream on the top. The shell holding the salad was beyond stale. I will never come here again. I'd rather go to Three Amigos, Taco Bell...this place is awful.

This place is amazing and the milkshakes! You will never have another like it anywhere.

Took my kids here for the first time and they loved it. The food was delicious as always. We will definitely be back.

Foods good and on the lower end of the fast food cost scale... just wish they could infuse some cheer into everyone that works there. just goes to show you that attitude is infectious.

Locally owned joint. Always consistent always fresh. Taco bowl/quesadillas/any burrito....perfect.

Very disappointed with BTs tonight, ordered in drive thru, needed something that is ordinarily good and quick for dinner tonight.Worked late , thought stopping at Bts would be a safe bet. $30. later, get home order is wrong, drive back ,walk in and was greeted with sarcasm, not once did anyone apologize for the mix up.All the employees knew what I was there for ,because it was the only unclaimed item sitting back there.So amid all the snickering and giggling , they hand me the cold soggy order, and send me on my way. Even though those employees were responsible for the bad service, I did not take up the matter with them , I figured if they were not competent enough to get the order right, they wouldn't be competent enough to figure out a way to avoid this disservice to future customers .My Family ,and our community loves this place.. VERY sad to see such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will be contacting managers in the morning. 😔

If you are not sure what you want ..Mexican or American food just go here. You can have either choice ..the food is awesome and all the employees are super friendly. Every single person behind the counter today had a smile on . it was nice to see:)

Love this place hate the disgusting cigarette smell from the employees smoking by the drive through windows and then leaving the door open to go into the kitchen and restaurant very unsanitary

Great burgers and fries food is made fast. The menu is short and simple. Some of the workers could smile more at the counter it goes along away when someone is deciding what to order or recommend something new they might like to try.

The customer service here is HORRID. Every time I say “why did I come here?!” It’s truly for the crushed ice and bean and cheese burritos. If it wasn’t for that, this would be a place I’d never visit again. They need friendly employees. There was only ONE TIME, I can count, of good service.

I have been going here for over 20 years. They don’t accept multiple meals through the drive, which is fine. However what is not fine is that they refused service to my friend that was half black, saying he needed a mask. But when we walk into the store one of the workers has her mask off, and just finished ordering right before us. Not coming back... couldn’t believe they would do that.

Ordered chips and cheese, cheese was like it came straight out of a can it was cold & unbeatable. So sad from were limp almost like they weren't cooked i want my $20 back. BT's used to be good & the change happened before covid 19. So thats not the reason. My last meal @ bt's HORRIBLE

I have always loved this place. It’s stayed the same all these years which I love. Their taco salad is the best. It’s a HUGE crispy fried flour shell with beans, lettuce, cheese, your choice of meat, ect inside. It’s huge and comes in this big pink cake box. They have crushed ice in the drive thru but not in the dining room part, so if eating in you have to ask them to give you crushed ice or get regular ice from the dining room machine. Their burritos are very big. I love their combo breakfast burritos and they even have cherry Pepsi. My kids love how cheesy their bean and cheese burritos are, too, and all the stuff tastes fresh and home made. Not like Taco Bell.

The taco meat sandwich tastes like childhood! And by that I mean it takes me back to the good old days of no bills or debt!!

BTS a different story I love going to eat at that restaurant but I only like going through the drive-thru here's why the food is excellent is there some of the employees they want to be happy and most of the time they want to be angry it's like Pikmin if you're not happy then don't go to work but other than the employees the food is great I really love BT's it's just it could use a manager manager upgrade

When I read all the reviews, I wonder how many people know that this place is has ALL the original NAUGLES MENU AND FOOD from the 80’s. This is the last of the fast food great places left. Is worth the drive! Thanks again Jeff Naugle for keeping this around!!!

The salad supreme is delicious but their customer service is the worst! The ladys taking orders always have attitude. They never answer the phone and if by chance they do they will hang up on you. They finally got tired of me trying to call to put in an order and they took their phone off the hook completely.
